It doesn’t work at all

Possible faulty components: LED, solar controller, batteryorsolar panel

Solution

1.First check whether the terminals of light are loose

2.Remove the LED source and connect it to the battery or DC12v power supply to see if the

lamp is working properly. Pay attention to the positive and negative electrodes. If lamp does

not light, it means that the LED is faulty. You need to replace LED. The light indicates that the

controller or battery is faulty.

3.Measure the battery power. If it is lower than 11v, it means that the controller is in a protected

conditionand the lamp is fully charged before use. If it is higher than 11v, it means that the controller

is faulty and need to be replaced.

LED working time is very short

Possible faulty components: solar controllerandsolar panel

Solution:

1.The solar controller is set incorrectly, please reset it professionally

2.There is dust on the solar panel, clean the dust to make it provide power generation efficiency

3.Rainy weather for more than 3 days, can return to normal when the weather clear it up

LED brightness is not enough

Possible faulty components:Cover, LED

Solution

1.Clean up cover and make it clean

2.Clean the dirt on the contact area between the positive electrode of the light source and the

spring sheet to make it conductive

3.If there are other failures of solar streetlight, please ask professional to check and repair.
